- Volunteers from Day 1 who want an additional call to crack on will be able to attend this optional event, spoons permitting!
Open to All Onboarding with action discussion at 7:45pm

- Action discussion at 7:45pm (after 15 min break): What do you want volunteers doing for you in prep for Conference?
- The action discussion timing allows drop-in and drop-out for those with low spoons

Facilitators & Volunteers First full facilitator meeting and action committee formation
Purpose:
- Anticipated to be the first full facilitator meeting
- Onboarding of both meeting facilitators and general volunteers
- Formation of provisional action committee from volunteers & facilitators to fill key roles with clear accountability & temporary terms until Conference only; elections to all roles to follow
- Prep for week 2 meetings & onboarding, and requests for volunteering for meeting chairing

- Update on who is on the newly formed action committee
- Introduce digital democracy platform
- Getting to know each other

Volunteer/Facilitator Focused but Open Review progress and direct action committee
Purpose:
- Volunteer and facilitator focused but open to all
- Progress report on Foundational Fortnight activities
- Action discussion at 7:45pm (after 15 min break): Participants will have the opportunity to tell the action committee what you want them to do
Open to All Conference preparation and local organizing
Purpose:
- Establishing Conference goals if not already established via working groups
- Additional calls for action from participants
- Voting on any calls for action
- Request for anyone interested in setting up a branch in their local area to make themselves known
- Facilitate distribution of the "branch development pack"
